The new update made the game run in slow motion. Please fix!!

I love this game... But, the latest version hangs and then eventually crashes.. Help!!!!!

I love minions!!! However, you give feedback or request support and alas-no results. The customer support is non-existent. Play FarmVille.

The latest update will not let the game load at all, please fix, my minions miss me!

I love this game but the latest update force closes all the time....please fix it....

This game could is SO much fun when working properly. Unfortunately, the developers do not care to correct the numerous issues. I have had endless problems with this app and have continued to play hoping things would improve. At this point they are not even providing new tasks for Phil, or any other characters, so there is NOTHING new to even do. So disappointing!!!!!

My mom and I have noticed that sometimes when we harvest crafted items that they do not go in our inventory but instead they disappear into thin air among other issues we noticed

Its been crashing and freezing. It lost the fun and is just frustrating. Fun and addictive and the people at ea are great! I had a small problem and it was taken care of quickly and respectfully. Lately it has been crashing a lot.

This game should not even be called a game it takes to long to load and could use room for improvement

This is a great game. My husband and I both play and we loved the social event. So what happened to the social event? Used to be continuous and with the latest update that was suppose to just fix bugs got rid of the social event. What happened? The other downside is that there are NO daily rewards for playing daily and you can NOT gift your friends items. Please add these 2 things! And bring back the social event.

The latest version isnt allowing social tasks and doesnt provide new tasks. If this isnt resolved, the game will be deleted. These are things that worked prior to the update. I have attempted to do all steps required to resolve but the same problem appears. This is a glitch in the update.

I think its broken. So many bugs now.

Maybe someone needs to look into why every upgrade brings more and more crashes!!! I cant get this game to run for 5 minutes on my ipad mini. It is slow to load up and run, very very slow to respond to taps and swipes. What is the problem!!!!?????

I love playing this. Some of the inner games dont give very much, takes a long time to get coins

On my 64GB iPad Air 2, I never had a problem. Then, with this latest update, after playing a while, the game starts to get jittery and freezing intermittently. Still bugs with the countdown timers. When you have a party boosting some resource timer, often times the timers on one or more builders wont be affected. You have to exit and restart the game, and it only fixes the problem for a little while. This bug existed in the previous version, too.

Well its pure HECK to email anyone for help of any kind or to get a single simple answer to a question about Minion Paradise... I have some how lost 6 of my working minions and I have been losing party points in the distraction activities and on the fill orders board and now Stuarts concert isnt working either and ever since the update the game is either freezing up or so slow it drives me crazy or it just closes completely.... Im guess Ill just have to delete it again and again lose it all and have to start from scratch... If I Decide to ever reload it!! I was really loving the game, its a shame!! True what they say... Nothing good ever lasts! 2 days later...Well you fixed Stuarts concerts and and gave me back some of the working minions but then YOU GO AND TAKE EVEN MORE (9) working minions and you take away sand dollars for the order board and then from the concerts and now items disappear from the work buildings and storage building and harvested items dont exist in storage either!!! Im GETTIN REALLY REALLY TICKED OFF! If you dont fix it all soon I will never download another EA game again!!!
