Glitchy

I was really enjoying this game until I redeemed a code which I received in my Minions movie for free sand dollars, I had to email EA games to actually get my free gift because it didnt work at first now the "collect" screen wont stop popping up and I can not make any further progress in the game. So just a warning to other players if you have a code redeem at your own risk. Its a huge hassle when you have to send 30 emails back and forth to figure out the problem and still nothing works.
Please fix this glitch EA!!!
